Tere Ishq Ke Naam, the Unconventional Love Saga Starts Off With a Bang
The latest drama to go on air after a wrap on the Eid festivities is the much awaited, Tere Ishq Ke Naam featuring ZaviyarNaumaan, Hiba Bukhari, Usama Khan and Yashma Gill in leading roles. Produced under the banner of iDreamentertainment which is known for producing blockbuster dramas, Tere Ishq Ke Naam promises to live up to its interesting promos and trailers. The story of love, hate and vengeance has begun with an impactful first episode that already has us hooked!
Trouble in Paradise for Rutba and Altamash!
The first episode begins with an introduction to the four main characters of the show, Zaviyar Nauman plays the obedient angel like Khursheed, after the loss of his father at a tender age, Khursheed and his mother have lived with his uncle. Being the only son of a widowed mother, Khursheed is quite serious in life and is focussed on his studies and making a career for himself.
On the other hand under the same roof resides Rutba played beautifully by the gorgeous Hiba Bukhari. She is the heir to her father’s ginormous empire and wealth and is the apple of his eye.
This time around, Hiba has chosen to do a different avatar, normally she is the damsel in distress and is often playing the goody two shoes. In her role as Rutba we will be seeing her like never before where she will probably go against her father’s wishes when she is forced to marry her cousin Khursheed instead of the love of her life Altamash.
Rutba is engaged to the dapper Altamash (Usama Khan), a haughty young man who believes the world lies at his feet and he can do anything he wishes as he has all the money in the world to do it. He only has eyes for Rutba and the two are madly in love with each other and are soon to be married. With a bruised ego, will Altamash end up marrying Azka or will he find his way back to Rutba?
Last but not the least we are introduced to Azka, she seems to be brewing up some trouble as she continues to pine for Altamash although she knows very well he is engaged to her cousin Rutba. We could see her face lit up when Rutba’sfather refused to get Rutba married off to Altamash before her studies came to an end. Azka is aware of the consequences this decision will bring and we think she’s looking forward to it. Keeping in mind the trailers and teasers we’ve watched for the show, we can’t wait to see how the story unfolds now that Rutba and Altamash’s wedding has been put on a hold for a few years by her father.
A sneak peek into the next episode promises of a much more entertaining episode where it seems Azka will be busy scheming her way into Altamash’s life by telling him how he should be choosing her instead of Rutba as his better half! Watch Tere Ishq Ke Naam on ARY Digital every Friday at 8 PM.
