Celebrities To Attend Pakistan Film Festival in New York

Pakistan's first-ever film festival to take place in New York this December is to witness UN dignitaries, and the bigwigs from the Pakistani film industry. Initiated and promoted by Pakistan’s Ambassador to the United Nations Maleeha Lohdi, the event has been organised by Frieha Altaf.



The one of a kind festival will be held from December 3rd to 4th and is set to screen the following films, Doobara Phir Se, Lahore Say Aagey, Actor in Law, Pakistan's Oscar submission Mah-e-Mir, Academy award winner Sharmeen Obaid's animated film 3 Bahadur, Dukhtar, Dance Kahani and Ho Mann Jahaan.





Amongst the celebrities to attend, here are a few that we know will be there: The power couple Fahad Mustafa and Sana Fahad,Ho Mann Jahan team Sheheryar Munawer, Mahira Khan and Asim Raza. Actor in Law director Nabeel Qureshi, PFFNYC organiser Frieha Altaf, Dobara Phir Se co-stars Sanam Saeed, Tooba Siddiqui, Lahore Se Aagey team Yasir Hussain, Saba Qamar and Wajahat Rauf. Mawra Hocane will also be attending the event. Moreover, Actor Sabiha Khanum, celebrated as the First Lady of Pakistan Silver Screen, will be present at the film fest taking place in New York this weekend.
