Five Home Remedies For White Teeth
- Strawberry massage
Take a strawberry (or two) and crush it with a spoon in a small pot. Then mix it with salt. Put the mix on the toothbrush and massage your teeth, rinse out like regular toothpastes. Use this cleaning method once every two, three weeks to keep your teeth shining.
- Use a banana peel
Yes, that’s right! The banana peel, which we all hurry to throw in the basket, is effective when it comes to tooth whitening. Massage your teeth with the inside of the shell, then brush with toothpaste and rinse out!
To use baking soda by itself, you can simply dip your toothbrush in a little bit of the powder and gently brush it onto your teeth in circular motions. The crystals will buff away stains while also counteracting any bacterial acid in your mouth.
- Apple cider vinegar
Apple cider vinegar has acid that can help remove stains and break down plaque. Take a mouth full of vinegar and swirl it around like mouthwash for two minutes. Then rinse your mouth. Dip the toothbrush in the vinegar and brush your teeth with it. Then rinse your mouth and brush your teeth with regular toothpaste.
Coconut oil seems to be great for everything! Simply put a spoonful of coconut oil in your mouth and swish it thoroughly between your teeth for up to 20 minutes. Afterwards, spit the oil and rinse your mouth.
