1. Can you please introduce yourself and tell us what motivated you to start 100% Wellness Co.?
Hello! My name is Sumbul Yusuf. I am a certified aromatherapist and the Founder of 100% Wellness Co. I have always loved the healing power of nature and the ability of nature to have a cure for everything. I became a certified aromatherapist because I wanted to explore the world of essential oils and promote the well-being that came about from their use. Soon after, I decided to start 100% because it just felt right to me. 

2. 100% Wellness Co. seems like a unique and a one-of-a-kind brand in Pakistan. Can you tell us a bit more about it?
100% Wellness Co. was founded in 2020, with the aim to incite wellness and change people’s way of living through essential oils. With a commitment to pure, natural ingredients and high-quality products, we aim to inspire everyone around us to transform their lives through organic and chemical-free products.

3. Your brand seems to have a wide range of exciting products. Tell us about your product range and who they are for.
We have all-natural Essential Oil Roll-on Blends for babies, children and adults. We also have 100% natural Massage and Hair Oils, Beauty Products and Face Serums, as well as chemical-free Mosquito Repellants, Essential and Carrier Oils.

4. These oils must be difficult to get a hold off! How are they extracted and why should people use them?
Our oils are extracted from plants and can help treat specific ailments. They are sourced from around the world, ensuring that you get the most premium and pure quality oils. You can choose from a range of blends or singles that go through a series of tests and follow strict regulations before they reach your home. We believe essential oils are more than just natural products. Each with unique properties, our products have so many benefits for the body, mind and soul.

5. It is common to relate essential oils to aromatherapy. Whatexactly is aromatherapy? 
Aromatherapy is a holistic healing treatment which consists of the use of essential oils to improve the health of the body, mind and spirit. It enhances physical, mental and emotional health. Aromatherapy works through the sense of smell or absorption of the oil into the skin and is very simple to benefit from.

There are countless ways in which essential oils benefit us.Some of these benefits include managing muscle pain, improving sleep quality, decreasing stress and anxiety, treating headaches and infections, repelling insects and reducing period discomfort etc. We have products for all such issues and more! 

7. Since your brand is all about chemical-free products, can you tell us why is it important to switch to a natural lifestyle and how it can improve our lives?
Switching to a natural lifestyle is not only good for your body but also for your mind and soul. When the chemicals leave your body, you become more connected to nature and feel grounded and peaceful. These positive states lead to a more relaxed mind which in turn will make you feel happier and content. Ditch the chemicals and switch to a better life!

8. As a female in the market, what challenges have you faced? How have people reacted to the brand? 
To be honest, being a woman, I was a little hesitant to introduce 100%. I didn’t know if people would accept it and how they would react to it. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the support I received. It made me realize that there is actually a lot of scope for female entrepreneurs in Pakistan. Everyone is very helpful and eager to learn about our products as they are unique. Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, we were bound to face logistical issues when we first started, however, we managed to overcome them.

9. 100% Wellness Co. has come a long way since it was launched. Where do you see your brand 5 years from now?
We would love to spread knowledge on the importance of natural wellness as much as we can. Our goal for the next few years is to supply our chemical-free products in stores across the country and make them easily accessible for everyone- eventually expanding to the international market.
