- Make a fist with both hands and place them on your forehead.
- Apply moderate pressure in the centre of your forehead with the knuckles of your middle fingers.
- Now slowly slide your fist to either side and keep that pressure.
- Gently increase the pressure when ending your pose.

THE JAW STRETCH

Steps to follow:
- Squeeze your lips to one side until you feel a stretch in your cheek
- Turn your head sideways at a 45 degrees angle
- Hold the pose for few seconds to feel the stretch in your neck
