Anmol Baloch is Bringing Spring—and She’s Not Holding Back | Wearing Sajni’s Silsila collection, captured in a season of stories and new beginnings

Some things are just meant to happen in their own time. This cover? It’s one of them.

For years, we’ve tried to bring Anmol Baloch to the cover of HELLO! Pakistan, and every time, something got in the way—until now. And what better time than spring? A season of new beginnings, effortless beauty, and color coming back to the world—much like the story of this cover itself.

Wearing Sajni’s Silsila collection, Anmol walked into this moment in a way that feels just right. The clothes are full of movement, just like her career, where she’s constantly evolving, taking on roles that push her in new directions. Whether it’s her dream of stepping into action-packed roles or her love for storytelling through fashion, this conversation brings a side of Anmol we haven’t seen before.

Some stories end the way they’re meant to—but I’d love to give my characters more closure.

From the yellow outfit that felt like magic to the fan who traveled just to hand her a scrapbook of memories, Anmol Baloch has lived through moments that don’t just happen to everyone. But that’s the thing about her—nothing about her is just ordinary.

This cover story, this interview, this moment—it was worth the wait.

You’ve captivated audiences with your on-screen presence, and this is your first HELLO! Pakistan cover—how does it feel to see yourself front and center on such a platform?

It feels surreal and incredibly special. HELLO! Pakistan has always been a platform that celebrates excellence and creativity, and to be featured as the cover star is truly an honor. It’s a moment of gratitude and reflection on how far I’ve come.

I haven’t fully explored action or fantasy yet—maybe it’s time to play a warrior.

The outfits you’re wearing for this shoot are stunning and have such a distinctive vibe. What do you think makes Sajni’s designs stand out, and how do they resonate with your personal style?

Sajni’s designs have this effortless charm. Every piece feels like it has a story. The way they move, the little details—there’s a sense of nostalgia but also something very current about them. That balance is what I love most.

Spring feels like the right time for this cover—some things take their own time to happen.

The intricate details of Sajni’s outfits in this shoot are breathtaking. If you had to pick a favorite look from this shoot, which one would it be, and why?

The yellow one. No hesitation! It felt like it was made for me—the way it fit, the way it moved. It had that perfect mix of comfort and confidence.

From playing emotionally charged characters to ones with a rebellious streak, you’ve done it all! If your characters could talk to you, what do you think they’d say about you?

They’d probably say, “You put us through a lot, but we love you for it!” I get so attached to my roles, and sometimes I think I feel their emotions just as much as they do. I have definitely cried with them off-screen!

A fan once traveled from another city just to give me a scrapbook of my career. That’s when I realized how deeply people connect with my work

You’ve worked with a range of co-stars. If you had to pick three actors to form your dream cast for a drama, who would you choose and why?

I’d love to work with actors who bring intensity and depth to their performances.

Your fans love how you bring a unique spark to every role. What’s one thing about you that you think the industry hasn’t tapped into yet?

Action. Fantasy. Something completely different from what I’ve done before. I’d love to play a warrior—get trained, do my own stunts, and step into a world that’s nothing like reality.

We’ve seen you slay as a style icon on-screen and off. If you were to swap wardrobes with any of your past characters, who would it be—and who do you think really needed a fashion upgrade?

Mehrunisa, for sure! Her outfits were effortless but still so chic.

Mehrunisa’s wardrobe? I’d take it in a heartbeat

What’s something you’ve always wanted to do on-screen but haven’t had the chance yet? Maybe an action-packed role or a fantasy drama?

I’d love to do an action-packed role—something physically challenging where I get to train and push my limits. A fantasy drama with a strong female lead would also be a dream project.

Your Instagram is a vibe! If your social media feed had a tagline, what would it be?

Lost between dreams and reality.

I cried with my characters off-screen more times than I can count!

Pakistani dramas are loved globally for their gripping storylines. If you could bring one of your dramas to the big screen, which one would it be, and why?

I’d love to bring Iqtidaar to the big screen because it had such an intense storyline, and I feel like it would translate beautifully into a cinematic experience.

We hear about crazy fan encounters from celebrities all the time. What’s the most unexpected thing a fan has ever done for you?

Once, a fan traveled from another city just to meet me, bringing a scrapbook filled with moments from my career. It was so touching and reminded me how deeply people connect with my work.

If we gave you the power to rewrite the endings of any of your past dramas, would you change anything—or are you a “what’s done is done” type of person?

I believe every story ends the way it’s meant to, but if I had the chance, I’d love to explore alternative endings for certain dramas—maybe ones where my character had more closure.

Sajni’s designs feel like they have a story—there’s something nostalgic yet fresh about them. The way they move, the little details—it all just fits. Wearing the Silsila collection for this shoot felt effortless

The industry can be a whirlwind. When the cameras are off, what does Anmol Baloch do to recharge and stay grounded?

I spend time with my loved ones, read, and travel whenever I can. A quiet night in with my favorite music or a long conversation with a friend always helps me recharge.

If you could switch lives with any character you’ve played for a day, who would it be and what would you do differently?

I’d switch lives with Mehrunisa just to see how it feels to experience her journey from the inside. I’d probably make her a little more rebellious!

What’s the funniest or most unexpected thing that’s ever happened to you on set? Any behind-the-scenes chaos you’d like to share?

There was this one time when we had a super emotional scene, but a crew member’s phone rang with the most ridiculous ringtone, and we all just lost it. It took forever to get back into the mood!

If HELLO! Pakistan were to title a movie based on your life, what would the name be—and who would play you in it?

The title would be Unstoppable, and of course, I’d have to play myself—who else could capture my journey better?

Looking at your journey so far, what’s one piece of advice you’d give to yourself when you first started?

Trust yourself, be patient, and enjoy the process. Everything happens at the right time, and every challenge is shaping you into the person you’re meant to be.
