White flour is used in so many things, from cakes to pasta to samosas. There are so many substitutes for white flour eg; for cakes, we can use rice flour, almond flour and occasionally coconut flour.
Coconut Milk Over Cream:
The cream is basically fat that comes on top of milk. Coconut milk can be substituted in stews, soups, and curries easily without inducing a strong flavour.
Honey Over Sugar:
Sugar is a slow poison and comes with many health risks. It can be easily substituted with honey as it’s a very healthy option.
