From her favorite parts of the job to her rituals for self-care, she offers a glimpse into the life of a model who is as authentic as she is captivating.
Traveling, experiencing beautiful fashion, and freely expressing myself are my favorite parts of modeling. Watching it all come together is magical.
1. What are your favorite parts about your job?
The fact that I get to travel to different locations, experience beautiful fashion and glamour, and express myself freely. Finally, seeing all the work come together into a photograph is truly magical.
Believe in yourself. You won’t be everyone’s cup of tea, but stay true to who you are and never let anyone push your boundaries.
2. What advice do you wish you had been given when you started out in the industry?
To believe in yourself. You won’t be everyone’s cup of tea, but at the end of the day, you can’t lose sight of who you are or who you want to be. You have to be strong in your self-worth, stay safe, and never let anyone talk you into something you’re uncomfortable with.
3. What are you most proud of out of your work over the past few years?
I’d say the evolution of my work. I’m no longer afraid to express myself in front of the camera. I’m so comfortable with it now—it feels like a friend. I’ve grown to really enjoy being photographed.
Being on a Times Square billboard was a career milestone that reflected how far I’ve come and the steps that got me here
4. You’ve received numerous accolades and recognition in the industry. Which achievement has been the most meaningful to you and why?
Being featured on a billboard in Times Square was a huge honor for me and my career. Every project I’ve worked on has been a stepping stone to the next, and I’m truly proud of the journey I’ve taken to get here.
My style is bohemian chic. I rely on great shoes, sunglasses, earrings, and bold accents like jewelry or a statement jacket
5. What drives your passion for aesthetics, and how do you continue to find inspiration in your work?
I’ve faced some health challenges this past year, which taught me to love my body and treat it like a temple. Inspiration is everywhere, and I know I have to work hard on myself because opportunities don’t wait. I love what I do, so I’m motivated to keep improving.
6. How would you describe your style today? What are the wardrobe essentials you can’t live without, and what items help create a bold accent?
My style is definitely bohemian chic. I always wear a great pair of shoes, earrings, and sunglasses, and I have a favorite lipstick I can’t part with. My bold accents often come through in my jewelry or a statement jacket—something fun that stands out.
Beauty is both appearance and soul—they go hand in hand. A beautiful spirit can make someone radiant, while the opposite can’t be hidden.
7. What does beauty mean to you? Is it more about appearance or inner state?
I think they go hand in hand—you can’t have one without the other. Beauty really is in the eye of the beholder. You might find great features in someone, but if their soul is ugly, it can overshadow even the most stunning appearance.
I recharge through painting, stained glass, horseback riding, biking, and reading—creative and active escapes that soothe my mind.
8. How do you unwind and recharge after a busy schedule? Do you have any rituals for regaining energy?
I’m an avid artist. When I’m not painting, I’m at a stained-glass art studio at least twice a week. I also love physical activities like bike riding and horseback riding—it’s both thrilling and relaxing. Reading is another way I soothe my mind and recharge.
Inspiration is everywhere. Loving what I do, staying active, and respecting my body keep me motivated every day.
9. What keeps you motivated to work on yourself every day? Do you have any personal principles you live by?
Skincare is a must for me—cleanliness is next to godliness. My self-worth and personal pride push me to treat my body with respect. I’ve stopped rewarding myself with candy, except on rare occasions, and instead focus on healthy choices that benefit me long-term. I feel accomplished when I step on the scale and see progress or when I finish a workout without quitting. Knowing I can do it keeps me motivated.
I’m proud of my growth. The camera feels like a friend now, and I love expressing myself without fear.
