With a passion in the beauty industry, Shaista started her career as a hair and makeup artist 15 years back. She did her basic training in 2003 from Rohana Iqbal, owner of Bhabi's Health & Beauty Clinic, and her career kick-off courses from Saima Tabassum of Femina Beauty Institute.
She went abroad to polish her skills--received training from well known international makeup artists and served a distinguished position as a beauty professional in Pakistan. Shaista believes women can feel confident when they feel beautiful. She lent great contribution in taking the beauty industry of Pakistan to the next level.
Loving the creativity and vision of fashion and makeup, Shaista is a professional makeup artist who got her certifications from Kryolan International Makeup Institute, Makeup Atelier Paris in Dubai & Mac Professional. She has worked with many rands & celebrities. Her work has been acknowledged and got featured in the most popular magazines. She is working as a celebrity makeup artist and has created many flawless and unique looks.
She is the talent behind some of the most fabulous red carpet looks. She has also conducted workshops for many multinational brands. What excites her the most about working in the beauty industry is taking trends and making them relatable and wearable for her clients. She has the magic to create makeup looks while just enhancing a woman's natural features. She has a scientific approach to makeup artistry. She is very energetic and passionate in her field, and it shows in all of her clients makeup applications.
After mastering the art of makeup, Shaista decided to combine her passion for makeup and skincare leading her to become a certified Skin Therapist from Institute of Dermalogica. Her love for the skincare/beauty industry ensures that she stays up-to date with the latest techniques which she loves to share with her clients.She has also got an advance training for Hair Sculpturing Designing. Her hair training is from L'oreal Academy & Pivot Point Academy.
Not only her passion and obsession with beauty lead to where she is today but, research, determination, and passion got her to where she is. The makeup artistry is not merely a business for her, but it's her passion. She also said, "I have always challenged myself to become better and to be innovative for the beauty industry".
She is working with a wide range of products including but not limited to Bobbi Brown, Huda Beauty, MAC, Lorac, Urban Decay, Anastasia Beverly Hills, Nars, Lime Crime, Morphe, Becca, Kryolan Professional, Attelier Professional, Inglot as well as many other professional cosmetic brands. She is continuously updating and adding to her extensive makeup collection for your bridal or special event.
