Hazim Bangwar; Artist, Assistant Commissioner and Philanthropist who’s rewriting the rules
Raised in New York the Pakistani Superstar is now running ahead of schedule seems evidence of his new life as Assistant Commissioner & Singer. Only two and a half years have passed since he became a PMS Officer, Assistant Commissioner, a vision of new generation officer delivered to a clamoring world. Since then, the 28-year-old has managed to hold Government Offices, founded HBF (Hazim Bangwar Foundation), became the brand ambassador for three international companies, and after writing for numerous international artists he managed release 3 singles including “Thujhko Bhulaya”, “Hell Ya” and “Haram” off his upcoming Album “Playing With Fire” set to release this summer.
The 28-year-old has done nothing less than upend the music industry since his releases in Pakistan, which earned the artist top position on many musical charts. In 2021 alone the artist managed to drop 2 songs and 3 videos. Hazim explained his interest in developing new soundscapes, "I love experimenting and I love working with different sounds and putting them together so they’re not one-dimensional. He also added "The concept of Playing with Fire came very naturally, as releasing an Album felt like a risk in its own so I wanted to take that concept further with every song”. The Album is stated to be a danceable pop/R&B and rock crossover album, comprising upbeat club tracks, raunchy pop songs, and mid-tempo inspirational tracks. It also incorporates elements of dancehall, hip hop, and house. Most of the songs feature heavy bass and coarse sounds, including electro beats and imposing synthesizers.
With an artist like Hazim Bangwar, anytime is possible who has managed to do so much in such little time, and with already so much under his belt the 28-year-old is a force to be reckoned with.
