Shahnawaz Zali Has Made It to Forbes'30 Under 30 Asia: Entertainment & Sports' list

Pakistani filmmaker Shahnawaz Zali has made it to Forbes'30 Under 30 Asia: Entertainment & Sports' list. 


The Northwestern University Qatar Campus graduate has won several international awards including awards at the Miami International Film Festival and Accolade Global Film Festival and Qatar Media Awards. Zali's documentary 100 Steps-Sau Qadam was nominated as the Best film in the Narrative category for the 43rd Student Academy Awards.



The film that was released in 2015 revolves around a young boy who is dragged into suicide bombings.

The Forbes '30 Under 30 Asia: Entertainment & Sports' list also includes  Alia Bhatt, New Zealand's singing icon Lorde and Wolf of Wall Street actor Margot Robbie.
