Kangana Ranaut's 'Bollywood Diva' Video With AIB Calls Out Sexism in Bollywood
Initially when filmmaker Hansal Mehta tweeted about a project involving his Simran star Kangana Ranaut and YouTube group, AIB, we thought it would be yet another promotional video. But the Bollywood diva, Kangana, isn't one to follow trends or traditions. The latest video, which was released earlier this week, actually speaks on every single issue that Kangana has raised through her various interviews.
In collaboration with All India Bakchod (AIB), Kangana recently featured in a song called The Bollywood Diva Song, as she is referred to many times in the media. The lyrics of the song take one dig after another at Bollywood culture, calling out sexism, chauvinism, and nepotism. The video shows Kangana as a heroine, Priya, in the middle of an item song at a wedding. Manaswi Mohata, Anuya Jakatdar, Ayesha Nair and Supriya Joshi have penned down the song that is directed by Tanmay Bhatt. Read a typical Bollywood set.

The seven-minute-long video, aptly describes the discrimination that women have to face in the film industry.
