Ready-In-5-Mins Healthy Snacks For Guilt-Free Munching

Snack cravings are inevitable, we know. When it comes down to snacking, you can always schedule it when you are doing something fun and try keeping it as healthy as possible. Here are three healthy snacks which you can make in about 5-minutes.

 

Peanut Butter Yoghurt Dip

What you need:

  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt, plain

  • 1/4 cup natural peanut butter, crunchy recommended


Method:

Combine all the ingredients in a small bowl, refrigerate until ready to eat. Serve with your favourite fruit or veggies!

 

One Minute Cookie Dough 

What you need:

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt

  • 2tbs All Purpose Flour

  • 2tbs Peanut Butter

  • 1 tbs Sweetener of choice

  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract

  • 1/4 tsp Almond extract (optional)

  • Chocolate chips (optional)


Method:

In a small-medium bowl, whisk together all of the ingredients until smooth. Refrigerate until ready to eat. Top with chocolate chips if desired. Enjoy!

 

Spicy Chaat Masala Popcorn

 What you need: 

  • 3 tablespoons canola oil

  • 2 cup popcorn kernels

  • 2-3 tablespoons butter

  • 1-2 teaspoons chaat masala (homemade or store bought)

  • 1-2 teaspoons pink Pakistani salt, to taste


Method:

Swath the bottom of a large pot with canola oil, pour in the popcorn kernels, and cover. Place over medium high-heat. When you hear the first kernels pop, begin to shake until all the corn is popped. Remove from heat and transfer to a large bowl. While waiting for the popcorn to pop, melt the butter and stir in the chaat masala, season with Pakistani pink salt.
