Directed by TV serial director Haissam Hussain, the rom-com celebrates romance in a unique manner, taking inspiration from the Bollywood saga Bajirao Mastani; the poster shows the couple, Jaffri and Butt, surrounded by oil lanterns and candles in a similar historic background.
The movie sheds light on the beautiful scenery of Pakistan, namely Lahore and the Northern areas. Produced by Sadia Jabbar, the script has been penned by Saad Azhar and the music composed by Sahir Ali Bagga.
While Osman has developed a considerable fan following with his drama serial Diyar-e-Dil, Ainy has also become quite the favourite thanks to her voice over for the courageous character Jiya in the award-winning animated series Burka Avenger. This will be the first time that these two young artists will be seen together on screen.
