Having been in the designing career for 30 years, the power-houseShamaeel chose to host a solo show a day, putting on display a fusion of ancient and modern elements reminiscent of Turkish culture and history. The designer played with print, textures, modern cuts, layering and contrast that is signature Shamaeel.
The silhouettes donned intricate details of saw-toothed leaves and tulips and embellishments of golden thread and beautiful motifs in a refreshing colour palette.
Shamaeel's Blue Tulip collection has been designed keeping in mind the taste of modern women who want their outfits to stand out, while retaining an aura of inheritance and tradition. Offering minimalistic cuts and classic silhouettes, the collection boasts of ruffled collars, rubbed shoulders with spread-eagle kaftans, grand coats, elaborate sleeves and prints in beautiful colours.
