The sun is not showing us any mercy and it’s getting difficult to keep yourself cool this summers. So, here we are presenting you a delicious way to beat the heat this summer. Try it out and make colourful cooler, healthy & fruity snack!
INGREDIENTS:
1. 19 oz/540 grams cubed seedless watermelon (about three and a half cups)
2. Basil Seeds (as per your taste)
3. One Tbsp fresh lemon juice
4. One Tbsp mini chocolate chips
PREPARATION:
1. Combine all ingredients in a blender, puree until smooth.
2. Strain into two-cup glass measuring cup, pressing on solids to extract as much liquid as possible.
3. Pour puree into Popsicle moulds, dividing equally.
4. Freeze overnight. (Can be prepared one week ahead. Keep frozen.)
