Lipton’s New TVC Has Started A Lot of Conversation About The Importance Of Family Time

In our everyday busy lives we forget to spend much needed quality time with our family. In the chaos and madness of working, meeting deadlines, and running errands, we just don’t credit ourselves with a much needed downtime. What truly struck a chord was Lipton’s latest commercial-- ‘Jaagien Un Kay Liye Jo Waqai Ahem Hain

Lipton's latest TVC features Emmad Irfani who plays the role of a busy and career oriented father to a young girl while Nimra Khan plays the role a caring mother. The commercial opens with an adorable scene of the young girl playing with her father which was unfortunately cut-short, upon the father receiving a work phone call. This leaves the adorable youngster quite sad and later picks up the TV remote which she uses as her mobile phone and has a conversation with her soft toys mimicking her father.

The moment that really got us emotional was when the caring mother stirred up a cup of Lipton tea for the father and that is when he realizes on what he is missing out on. We then see him turning off his gadgets, making his way to his daughter and starts playing and embracing her. That scene truly was beautiful. Nothing can replace a father-daughter bond.

With the busyness of life, we’re so involved with getting our to-do lists done, that we often forget to prioritize our loved ones, the people who we’re doing it all for in the first place. Yes, we have a never ending to-do list, and yes, we’re busy. But when you step back and really think about what matters in life, you’ll realize that a few of those tasks can wait, because these moments with our loved are too precious and fleeting.
