3. What is your story? How did you start? 

Since I was 15 years old, I was very passionate to work in the beauty industry, eager to learn as much I could, so I started working at a Salon, eventually got trained by some of the very well known eyelash aestheticians from Australia, without knowing it I started building my own clientele who only wanted to get their eyelashes done by me, I even offered home services at that time because my clients were too dear to me and sometimes couldn't manage the time, I did whatever I could to accommodate them, never did I think that one day I'll have my Salon, Sidralashbar. I deeply thank God first of all and my family for being that constant support that I needed for bringing me to this point in life. As the clients grew, My sister Johria known as Farah to all our clients has been a huge helping hand in our salon as she's also a lash aesthetician. 

I'm honestly ecstatic to write that we're now planning on launching an even bigger and better Salon soon to welcome my existing and new clients. 

 

4. What sets you apart from your competitors?

My journey began with an Australian lash Artist who taught me lashes even after that I was self-training myself through YouTube and experimenting with different styles on top of that we provide our clients warranted lashes with 0 damage.

5. What facilities\services do you offer?

Sidra Lash Bar is a one-stop-shop, where all the clients' needs are met, but we are the master of our art in EyeLash extensions. 

 

6. What products do you use? Are they damaging to the hair?

We deal in L'Oréal professional's hair treatments which are beneficial for amazing results and meet each client's needs accordingly. 

7. One reason why your clients will come back for more?

My clients always tell me that their treatments last very long and noticing the benefits and results they keep coming back for more.

We proudly offer a wide range of first-class services and help in boosting our client's confidence in their own skin, so they can feel the beauty from within. 

 

9. How do you cater to your clients?

We make sure that our client is catered in the same way we would expect someone to cater to us, with love and care. 

10. According to you, what does an ideal customer look like? And how do you plan on achieving that?

An ideal customer is the one who adds to the friendly atmosphere at our salon and would be willing to experience more of our services to know that our work is worth their money. We achieved our clientele by proving our work to them, making them our loyal customers in return as you know that most organic form of advertising is by the word of mouth and I believe that's what has been growing our clientele even more.
