A glimpse into the new Burger Lab, Burger Lab Innovation Kitchen.

The Burger Lab Innovation Kitchen, a gorgeous new restaurant in town, has opened its door at Khayaban-e-Seher, and we finally have a new food place to rave about after a long time. Launched by its parent Burger Lab, arguably the best burger joint in Karachi, the new Innovation Kitchen also looks like it is going to be another foodie’s spot.

 

The new offshoot of Burger Lab is this concept café – where if you are coming by for its ambiance, you’ll definitely be staying for the food. The new outlet is all about innovation – whether it is in the menu, or the idea behind it. The innovative menu will have items that are different and new from all the other franchises – and that’s not it, the fun part is that these menu items will only be available for a few weeks, and a new set will be introduced after their time is up. Don’t worry though, the nice people at Burger Lab will be adding the innovative menu items that we love to 29 other outlets nationwide.

 

Interesting, isn’t it? The concept behind the innovation kitchen is pretty cool, and so is the food. Currently, they’re serving Honey Glazed Burger, Honey Glazed Chicken, The 3 Musketeers (Sliders), and Bounty Shake – and there wasn’t a single menu item that disappointed! The place itself, done up in complementing shades of Burger Lab’s traditional Charcoal Black and Yellow, with a light wooden interior, gives off a very homely yet sophisticated vibe.

 

So far, the Burger Lab Innovation kitchen is looking to be a promising contender to be a rising star. Though it has only been launched last weekend, the place is already brimming with people, which says a lot about the trust everyone has in Burger Lab.
