Pakistan loses yet another legend as sources confirms the death of 80-year-old actor, director and producer S. Suleiman. His family confirmed that the filmmaker had been suffering from kidney related issues and was also battling diabetes. Suleiman’s wife and famed actor, Zarrin Panna confirmed that the director’s condition had been critical two days prior to his demise.
S. Suleiman had made countless contributions to the entertainment industry including recognizing raw talent. He was hailed as a mentor for many directors and actors including the internationally celebrated actress, Sara Loren. In a heartfelt message, Loren expressed deep sorrow, “I have no words to express my sadness. It feels like I’m going to miss a beat from my heart forever. The man who gave me my first acting and life lesson is not with us anymore. You will be missed badly Sir S.Suleman.”

Syes Suleiman and the lead actress worked together on Loren’s first Pakistani drama serial ‘Rabia Zinda Rahe Gi’alongside other superstars including Behroz Sabzwari, Talat Hussain, Badar Khalil and Ayesha Khan. The acclaimed director had always found Sara Loren to be one of the most talented actresses of the industry as he encouraged her to achieve bigger projects.
