SANIA MASKATIYA - DESIGNER

There aren’t many, if any, people in Pakistan who don’t know who Sania Maskatiya is. Known for creating exquisite masterpieces from rich textiles, fabric design and embroidery; Sania Maskatiya took NYFW ’18 by storm when she presented her Western wear Capsule Collection. Now, once again she proudly showcased at the prestigious New York Fashion Week platform with its RESORT 2020 collection at the Pier 59 Studios, as part of The Council of Aspiring American Fashion Designers’ (CAAFD) showcase. Indeed, this marked the third consecutive year for Sania Maskatiya, the first and only Pakistani Designer and Design House, to officially participate at one of the big four main global fashion events, New York Fashion Week. Undoubtedly, Sania Maskatiya has become Pakistan’s most lauded and revered designers to get global acclaim in such a short span of time.
