SHILPA SHETTY'S HUSBAND RAJ KUNDRA ARRESTED BY MUMBAI POLICE FOR ALLEGEDLY MAKING PORNOGRAPHIC FILMS

Shilpa Shetti’s husband, Raj Kundra, was arrested by Mumbai police in a pornographic incident. Hemant Nagrale, a Mumbai police officer, said, “In February 2021, there was an incident registered with the Mumbai Crime Branch about making pornographic films and publishing them through several apps. He arrested Raj Kundra. This incident on 19/7/21, as it appears to be a major conspirator. There is ample evidence for this. Investigations are underway. ”

Businessman Raj Kundra was arrested in the criminal department for incidents related to making pornographic films and publishing them through several apps. He seems to be a major conspirator. That’s enough. There is evidence. 

An FIR was registered against Kundra after a woman approached the police and made certain allegations in her complaint, another official said. "On that basis, the FIR was registered and the case transferred to the Crime Branch. Earlier also, we had registered cases related to pornography in which an actress and some other persons were made accused," he said.

The arrest of Raj Kundra was preceded by a two-year period where he has been subject to multiple controversies. In Feb 2020, actor Poonam Pandey had filed a criminal case against Raj Kundra for allegedly leaking her number on an app, which the actor had entrusted Kundra's company to build. She, however, had terminated the agreement, but the app was continued, allegedly leading to her getting calls at odd hours, 'asking her to strip'

Also in 2020, Kundra as well as Shilpa Shetty also had a cheating complaint filed against them with the Khar Police, wherein a NRI businessman had accused them of cheating via a gold trading company that they used to run earlier. Before that, in late 2019, Kundra was also summoned by the ED over business deals with D-company member Iqbal Mirchi.In addition to this, Raj’s tweet from 2012, which discusses “porn vs. prostitution,” has also become a hot topic on the Internet. In his tweet, he asked how prostitution differs from pornography and asked why it is legal to pay someone for sex with a camera.He said, “Well, it’s porn vs. prostitution here. Why is it legal to pay someone for sex with a camera? How is one different from the other ??” I wrote.
