INGREDIENTS:
- 1/2 cup cooking oil
- 400 gm chicken boneless
- 25 gm onions
- 25 gm green capsicum
- 50 gm carrots
- 1 TBSP chilli sauce
- 1 TBSP soy sauce
- 1 TSP black pepper powder
- Salt (as needed)
- 1 TBSP chicken powder
- 1 & 1/2 cup sugar
- 50 gm cabbage
- Sheets (patti)
- 1 egg, beaten
METHOD:
- Pour cooking oil in a pan. Then add chicken, onions and mix well. Add in capsicum, carrots, chilli sauce, soy sauce, black pepper powder, salt, chicken powder, sugar and mix well.
- Add cabbage.
- Now take a patti or pastry sheet and add a dollop of the prepared filling.
- Apply egg mixture on one side to close, repeat on other side.
- It's time for frying. Pour oil in a pan and when hot, gently add 3-4 rolls at a time. Fry until golden brown.
