Dreamy Strawberry Smoothie
What you need:
- 1/2 cup fresh watermelon (cubed and deseed)
- ½ cup strawberries (frozen)
- 1 ripe banana (peeled, chopped frozen)
- Unsweetened milk
- 1 tablespoon lime (optional)
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional)
- Ice cubes (optional)
Instructions: Add all fruits and milk to a blender and blend till you get a smooth, creamy texture. You can add more proportions of fruits for a thicker smoothie or add milk if you want a thinner blend. Garnish with chia seeds. Can be refrigerated for up to 2 days.
Tropical Pineapple Whip
What you need:
- 1 cup pineapple (canned, frozen)
- 1 cup lemonade
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- Few tablespoons of condensed milk (optional)
Instructions:
Blend frozen pineapple, lemonade, and coconut milk in a blender. Pour into glasses and garnish each with pineapple wedges and dribble condensed milk. Can be refrigerated for 1 to 2 days.

What you need:
- 2 cups watermelon (frozen, cubed)
- 1 cup water
- 1 tablespoon of honey (any other sweetener to taste)
- Mint leaves as required
- Basil leaves (optional but recommended!)
Instructions: Blend the watermelon and the water until smooth. Add honey and mint and blend another 10-20 seconds until mostly smooth and the consistency of a slushy. Serve chilled.
