ABIHA HAIDER - SPORTSWOMAN

Footballer Abiha Haider has achieved another major feat, wherein, she makes it to the top 30 most powerful Muslim women in sports. Since 2010 Abiha Haider has been representing Pakistan internationally. She has received many international and national accolades for her poise and athletics as a football player. She is an advocate for women’s right to play sports. She built the AFL Pakistan’s Footy team in 2017 and played in the International Cup in Australia where her team was named as the First Muslim Footy Team in AFL International Cup. Currently, she is working on building a free football academy for underprivileged girls in Islamabad in order to provide equal sporting opportunities to all the women.
