Four Healthy Smoothies For Ramzan
Mango Apple Smoothie
Ingredients
- Ripe Mango, chopped- 1
- Apple, chopped- 1
- Honey- 1 tbsp
- Milk- 1½ cups
In a blender, combine all the above mentioned ingredients into a smoothie.
Pour into glasses and enjoy.
Easy Date & Fig Smoothie
Ingredients
- Dates, pitted- 5
- Figs- 5
- Cold milk- 1½ cups
- Sugar or Honey- 1 to 2 tbsp
Instructions
In a blender, combine dates, figs, cold milk and sugar/honey and puree till smooth.
Pour into glasses and enjoy.
You could even add almonds or any other nuts to this smoothie.
Mango Date Smoothie
Ingredients
- Ripe mango, diced- 1 Mango
- Dates, pitted- 3
- Honey- 2 tbsp
- Cold Milk- 2 cups
Instructions
In a blender, puree the above mentioned ingredients till smooth.
Pour into tall glasses and enjoy.
Strawberry Lassi – Strawberry and Yogurt Smoothie
Ingredients
- Fresh Strawberries- 6
- Yogurt- ½ cup
- Milk, chilled- ½ cup
- Sugar- 2 tbsp
Instructions
Cut the strawberries in half.
In a blender, add the halved strawberries, yogurt, milk and sugar. Blend at high speed until smooth.
Pour into a glass, add ice cubes if needed and serve immediately.
