So many glitzy gowns, so many red lips, so many waves- there was surely something decidedly different about this year's Oscars red carpet. With the industry's A-listers to fashion and sports icons, the red carpet was graced by some of the biggest names putting their sartorial foot forward. 

We picked the eight best dressed who out-shined the rest at Sunday's event.

1. Jessica Biel



She made it to our list at the Golden Globes and seems like she's wowing us yet again. Her husband Justin Timberlake summed it up in a single sentence and we tend to agree. He told E! "I call it perfection"!

2. Brie Larson 



Those ruffles. That neckline. The dress is elegant, classic, sexy and absolutely perfect for the occasion.

3. Viola Davis



She was a winner before she even walked out onto the stage. Davis looked radiant in a beautiful Armani Prive gown.

4. Naomie Harris



We absolutely love this Calvin Klein By Appointment short dress that screams party in the front and the back! And those yellow shoes? Graceful yet playful!
